Where is our data stored?
Exclusively in the EU (Frankfurt). Each client gets its own isolated storage and knowledge base, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Can the AI show something an employee isn't allowed to see?
No. Every search is limited to the documents the asking person has access to, following the permissions of your source systems.
What if we use a system that isn't listed?
The platform is highly customizable. We build the connection to your ERP, CRM, portal or database as part of the setup and maintain it afterwards.
Do we need an IT team to run it?
No. Think of AIZY as a part-time AI engineer on your team: we set up, operate, monitors and maintains everything, including prompt and workflow updates.
Can we try it first?
Yes. On request, we offer a limited 2-week trial on a sample of your own documents, so you can see the answers and their sources before signing.
How does the setup fee work?
The setup fee covers discovery, connecting your sources and building your workflows. With a 12-month contract, it is credited against your monthly fees.
Can the AI send anything on its own?
No. Workflows prepare the work, and every action step waits for a person's approval. Everything is recorded in an audit log.
